What size bird are these toys for?
Each listing gives the bird sizes it suits — small (budgie, cockatiel), medium (conure, quaker) or large (amazon, macaw). Where a toy spans sizes, we say so.
Why do shredding toys fall apart?
Because they are meant to. Shredding and foraging toys are consumables: a bird that dismantles one is doing exactly what the toy is for.
Are sanded perches safe?
Sanded perches help keep nails in shape but should be one perch among several, never the only one. Every cage needs a range of diameters and textures.
How do the toys attach to a cage?
Most use a quick-link or a screw-and-wingnut fixing; the listing states which. Both fit standard cage bar spacing.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Transit is around 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), giving a total estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $25. Below that a flat $3.99 applies. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the date of delivery. The conditions and the process are set out on our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before it is dispatched — see the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
